BRISTOL, Tenn. – King Athletics has made multiple alterations to this weekend’s athletic schedule, including Tornado Baseball and men’s and women’s tennis programs.
King Baseball has announced that the team will open their Conference Carolinas slate with a single game on Saturday and a doubleheader on Sunday. The Tornado will host the Bulldogs at the King College Baseball Complex on Saturday, Feb. 25, for one nine-inning game beginning at 1:00 p.m. ET. The two teams will meet again on Sunday (Feb. 26) for one nine- and one seven-inning game to begin at 12:00 p.m.
Men’s and Women’s Tennis has announced that they will postponed their regularly scheduled match against the Carson-Newman Eagles today. The two teams will reschedule the match at a later date.
Men’s and Women’s Basketball will celebrate their final regular season game and Senior Night, tonight. The Flying Fleet of Erskine College will come to the Student Center Complex (Bristol, Tenn.) and begin King’s last basketball doubleheader of the season, beginning at 5:30 p.m. Come in your all-white t-shirts and attire to “White Out” the Fleet and honor our seniors in their final regular season home game of their King careers. Ceremonies to honor those seven seniors between both basketball teams and cheer team will occur immediately after the women’s basketball game.
