King-Coker championship game postponed

BURLINGTON, N.C. – Due to rain moving through the Burlington area, the completion of the King University-Coker College baseball game has been postponed. The Conference Carolinas Baseball Tournament championship game is scheduled to resume tomorrow at 1:00 p.m. in Burlington.

On Sunday, the teams completed two innings with Coker holding a 1-0 lead on a Zach Loraine infield single with two outs in the first inning. The winner of the game will take the Conference Carolinas Tournament championship and the conference's automatic berth into the NCAA Baseball Championship.
