King Inks Cycling Brother-Sister Duo

 

BRISTOL, Tenn. – Head Coach Dan Kreiss has announced to signing of two Dyersburg natives to the King College Cycling team for 2012-13. The Tornado have announced that Jordon Galewski and Paul Galewski have signed to compete with King next season.

Jordon has been a spectacle at the Tennessee state level over the last two year. In 2010, she was crowned the Junior Women's State Cycling Champion and in 2011 was a silver medalist at the Women's State Championships.

Paul followed an almost identical path when in 2010 he won the gold at the Men's State Cycling Championships and followed that performance with a silver medal in 2011.

In their most recent competition at the Tennessee State Individual Time Trial Championships, Jordon and Paul both finished second in their respective Junior division races on May 26 in Lascassas, Tenn. Both cyclists currently compete for the East Tennessee Junior Cycling team.

Jordon and Paul are brother and sister and have recently graduated from Dyersburg High School in Dyersburg, Tenn.

King College recently placed fifth overall in the Team Omnium at the USA Cycling Colligate National Championships in Ogden, Utah.
