Frantom breaks 10,000 meter school record

HILLSDALE, Mich. – At the Gina Relays, hosted by Hillsdale College, Spencer Frantom made a little King University history. The junior broke the school record in the 10,000 meter run with a time of 30:11.32.

The Morristown, Tenn., native smashed the previous school record by exactly one minute with his time of 30:11.32. That time also qualifies him for the 2013 NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships from May 23-25 in Pueblo, Colo., and ranks 13th in the country.
