Men's volleyball match at Limestone postponed

BRISTOL, Tenn. – Tomorrow's men's volleyball match at Limestone College has been postponed due to impending winter weather in the Gaffney, S.C. area.

The match will be made up on Thursday, February 27 at 7:00 p.m. as the second of three consecutive road conference matches for the Tornado. King will now play at Pfeiffer, Limestone, and Erskine on consecutive nights. The Tornado have not faced the Falcons or Flying Fleet this season, while the Saints defeated King 3-1 in the conference opener for both teams on January 17 in Bristol.

King is now 5-4 on the season and 2-2 in conference play after splitting a pair of road matches this weekend. The Tornado took a thrilling-five set victory on Friday at Barton before falling in a close-knit four-set affair at preseason conference favorites Mount Olive on Saturday afternoon. Saturday's loss snapped a three-match winning streak for the Tornado, who will now next compete on Saturday in a road match at Belmont Abbey. King defeated the Crusaders 3-2 on January 18 in Bristol.
