King basketball game against Converse pushed to Sunday

BRISTOL, Tenn. – With snowfall covering the southeast, the King University women's basketball game on Saturday against Converse College has been postponed. The Conference Carolinas contest has been rescheduled for 3:00 p.m. on Sunday in the Student Center Complex.

The Tornado enter the contest 3-4 with a Conference Carolinas mark of 1-1. Their last time out, King fell at Limestone 77-63 in game that was streamed live on ESPN3. Converse comes in with a record of 5-5, including a 1-1 mark in Conference Carolinas play. Converse defeated Lees-McRae College 96-90 in overtime last Saturday and fell at Lander 90-71 on Monday.
