Swallow finishes 24th at NCAA South RegionalDADE CITY, Fla. – The season may have come to an end, but Elizabeth Swallow capped a magnificent sophomore campaign with a 24th place finish at the NCAA South Regional Championship. Swallow, who is the first women’s golfer to qualify for an NCAA South Regional, ended the three round tournament with a score of 231 after carding a 78 in the final round on Tuesday.

Three of the Tornado women’s golfers were honored and one member of the men’s team earned recognition.

The Tornado were supposed to play in the first round of the Agnes McAmis Memorial, but the tournament has been shortened to just 18 holes on Tuesday.
Swallow named CC Golfer of the MonthBRISTOL, Tenn. – For the second time this season, King University women’s golfer Elizabeth Swallow has been selected Conference Carolinas Women’s Golfer of the Month. The sophomore took home her seventh top-10 finish of the season in as many tournaments last month.
King takes 10th at Pinehurst ChallengePINEHURST, N.C. – In what were very tough conditions on a difficult golf course, the King University women’s golf team turned in a 10th place finish of 18 teams at the Wingate University Pinehurst Challenge. The Tornado shot 357 in the final round for a tournament total of 703. Elizabeth Swallow led the Tornado with a seventh place finish.
