Lady Tornado Soccer drops contest at Tusculum

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. - King College suffered a 6-0 setback Wednesday in women's soccer play at Tusculum (Tenn.) College.

King went to 2-8 on the season and the squad will play at Bryan (Tenn.) College Saturday at 5 p.m.

Tusculum, now at 5-6 in 2010, scored three goals in both the first and second halves.

Michelle Meade had two of the scores. Tramicka James, Patience Leonard, Amber Marceau and Cassy Melnike added goals as well. Leonard also had two assists as did Courtney Turner. James, Jessica Lee and Colleen Moloney also had assists.

King's Abbey Kitts (Tazewell, Va.) had eight saves on a total of 20 shots by Tusculum. Rachael Jennings saw five shots and had three saves for the home team.
