BRISTOL, Tenn. – The nationally-recognized King College women's wrestling team has announced it will host a five-day summer camp for grapplers ages 11-18 from July 1-5. Registration for the camp is will open on Monday, May 21 and can be completed online or through mail-in brochure.
The camp will be hosted by King Lady Tornado staff and team members from Sunday, July 1 to Thursday, July 5. Registration will open at 4 p.m. on July 1 with technique instruction beginning that evening. The camp will focus on technical skills, drilling, and provide live sessions to test participant's skills. Meals will be provided each day of the camp. The camp will conclude with individual reviews and team matches on Thursday morning, July 5. Meals, dorm housing, and a camp T-shirt will be provided for participants.
Preregistration will be accepted until June 17, 2012. Campers must preregister by sending in a registration form or completing the online form, completing and sending in a liability waiver, and a required $100 deposit. The online registration form will is currently available and individual payments can also be made in part or in full via credit card.
