Dawn Regan joined King Athletics in 2008. She is an integral part of the day-to-day function in the athletic department, as she serves as Senior Associate Athletic Director for operations and student services and is also the Senior Woman's Administrator. 
 
In August of 2018, Regan was promoted to athletic operations manager, assuming a greater role in the business operations of the athletic department, as well as oversight of game day and event management for all athletic events and oversight of the department’s student employment program. 
 
In addition to servicing the needs of King’s coaching staff, Regan also addresses a variety of needs in their respective areas. With her involvement in nearly every area of the King athletic department, she is the resource for the athletic department. 
 
As a part of Regan’s responsibilities, she prepares and distributes all athletic agreements. She provides leadership for onboarding of all new athletic staff, represents King at NCAA, Conference Carolinas, and other national or regional meetings. She also coordinates travel for the majority of teams during their season and manages invoices for the department as well as other financial matters. 
 
Regan holds her Master of Business degree in Human Resources and her undergraduate degree in Business, both from King University. 
 
She and her husband Jay have been married for 40 years. She and her husband reside in Bluff City, TN.
