Lee had a big week, leading the Tornado to a pair of road wins. Playing three road games in five days, Lee averaged 18.3 points and 8.7 rebounds per game while handing out seven assists. The Knoxville, Tenn., native also shot 81.0 percent from the free throw line and 43.2 from the floor. She started the week by going 8-for-11 from the free throw line, scoring 15 points and grabbing nine rebounds in a comeback win at North Greenville. On Friday at Chowan, Lee posted her second double-double of the season, scoring 17 points and matching a career-high with 11 rebounds. In the contest, Lee hit a triple in the final seconds to send the game to overtime, then connected from long range early in the extra session to give King a lead the Tornado did not relinquish. She followed that by scoring 21 points (one shy of her career-high), going 7-for-8 from the free throw line.
