Trueba has competed in two tournaments this season, including the recent King Invitational, which he won by one stroke. He started the season at the Kiawah Island Invitational, where he finished tied for seventh and shot the second-lowest 54-hole score in Tornado history, carding a 208 over the course of the tournament.
