Wrestling Career

Killian became the first Tornado to qualify for the NCAA Division II Wrestling championships, qualifying each of the last three years. He was also one of the first Tornado to earn NCAA All-American honors twice. In 2016-17 he finished seventh and a season ago, Killian finished sixth at the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships.

Each of his last two years, Killian finished runner-up at the NCAA Super Region II Championships, and in 2015-16, he finished third. Killian is the only two-time first team All-Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) selection. King has been members of the ECAC for two years, with Killian earning first team honors each season.

In 2017-18, Killian earned all-academic honors from the National Wrestling Coaches Association (NWCA). He was one of two Tornado to earn the distinction, the first two wrestlers in program history honored by the NWCA.
