BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University men's tennis team swept the Crusaders of Belmont Abbey College in a Conference Carolinas dual Saturday afternoon. The Tornado blew past the Belmont Abbey not allowing the Crusaders a set in the match, tallying their fifth league victory for the season.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- At No. 1 doubles, Moritz Poswiat and Luis Delgado took down Beaz and Delaney posted an 8-3 victory.
- Philip Lindauer and Jannis Walter tallied an 8-1 victory over Belmont Abbey's Goldin and Harret at No. 2 doubles.
- Also, breezing to an 8-1 win was Kyle Logue and Lenny Keswani at No. 3 doubles over Escobar and Pardo..
- At the No.1 singles spot Poswiat to posted a 6-4, 6-4 win over Baez.
- Playing No. 2 singles for King was Keswani in an eight game pro set as he pulled off a tough 8-7(3) win over Delaney to help the Tornado complete the sweep.
- Delgado took down Goldin at No. 3 singles 6-0, 7-6(4).
- At No. 4 singles Walter grabbed a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Belmont Abbey's Harret.
- Lindauer earned a 7-5, 7-5 straight set victory over Escobar at No. 5 singles.
- Rounding out the sweep was Logue at No. 6 singles with a 8-3 win over Pardo.

- King hosts Emmanuel College tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. in a Conference Carolinas match that was postponed from Friday.
