King opens season with win at Saint Francis

Box Score LORETTO, Pa. – The King University men's volleyball team opened their season with a come-from-behind victory on Friday night at Saint Francis University (Pa.). The Red Flash took the opening set, but the Tornado came back to win the next three sets and take the match 3-1.

• King was paced by Joshua Kim who posted 18 points and 11 digs for the double-double.
• Chance Hoffman followed with seven kills and Douglas Florencio added six kills.
• Jack Sarnowski handed out 35 assists and added eight digs.

FOR THE FOES

• AJ Schmidt led Saint Francis with 11 kills and seven digs.
• Zac Cabral and Alexander Finch followed with 10 kills apiece.
• Nicholas Pozzuto registered 12 digs and Roman Szwabinsky posted 31 assists.
