FLORENCE, S.C. – The King University men's tennis team squared off with one of the nation's top teams, 33rd-ranked Francis Marion University. The Patriots won all three doubles matches to take the doubles before winning all of the singles matches to hand King the 7-0 defeat.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Rhys Halcrow and Andre Schiabel played well at No. 2 doubles, falling to Martin Barbera and Harrie Lloyd-Evens 7-6 (7-4).
- That Patriots took 6-2 and 6-4 wins at No. 3 and No. 1 singles, respectively.
- Halcrow played tough at No. 2 singles as well, falling 7-5, 6-4 to Lloyd-Evans.
- Alex Sodre fell to Liam Day 6-3, 6-3 at the top flight.
- Francis Marion won the other four singles matches to hand King the 7-0 defeat.
