Ella Froehlich scored not even two minutes into the match Sunday as the King University women's soccer team earned a narrow 1-0 win at Southern Wesleyan in their regular season finale.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Tornado wasted no time, as just 91 seconds into the match Froehlich took a pass from Ariana Gallegos and beat the Warriors goalkeeper to give the Tornado an early 1-0 lead.
- King kept the pressure on the Southern Wesleyan defense, taking a pair of shots in the 17th minute, including one from Catherine Domecq that forced the Warriors goalkeeper to make her first save of the day.
- After King earned a free kick in the 24th minute, Democq took another shot on goal, again forcing the goalkeeper to make a save to keep things 1-0.
- Rachel Radow had a shot on goal in the closing minutes of the half, and the Tornado brought the slim lead into the halftime break.
- Froehlich nearly had another goal in the second half, as her shot on goal in the 72nd minute was stopped by the goalkeeper.
- After another Froehlich shot on goal in the 80th minute, the Warriors had a couple of offensive chances, as one shot hit the crossbar, one shot was stopped by Olivia Seston and a third was blocked by Froehlich, preserving the lead.
- In the final five minutes, Southern Wesleyan had two shots, neither of which forced Seston to make a play.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- In addition to the lone goal, Froehlich led the Tornado with a total of six shots, three of which were on goal.
- Domecq also had three shots on goal, while Radow had one.
- Seston was forced to make just one save, as she posted her second shutout of the season.
FOR THE FOES
- Karina Pashkovets had the lone shot on goal for the Warriors.
- Katelyn O'Neill made six saves in net.
