Rhys Halcrow and
Alex Sodre picked up singles wins for the King University men's tennis team on Monday afternoon, but it wasn't enough as the Tornado fell 5-2 to Converse University.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Converse won all three doubles matches, including a 6-4 win at the top flight to claim the point.
- Playing at no. 1 singles, Halcrow beat Stanley Waters 6-3, 6-0.
- Sodre picked up his win at no. 2 singles, beating Takuma Furumaki 7-5, 6-0.
- The Valkyries picked up wins at no. 3, 4 and 5 singles before taking the final match via default.
