BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University men's volleyball was swept by Quincy University on Thursday evening.

FINAL SCORE: King 0 – Quincy 3 (20-25, 14-25, 21-25)

HOW IT HAPPENED
First Set
- King quickly got behind 0-7 but came back to tie the set at 14 with a kill by JP Ribeiro with the assist from Javi Saldivar.
- Alex Barkley tallied 4 kills in the first set and 10 receptions.
Second Set
- The first eight points of the second set were back and forth with the teams.
- Quincy scored 7 straight to take a 13-6 lead, and later had a 5-0 run to give them a double-digit lead and win the set 25-14.
Third Set
- The Tornado answered Quincy first point with six straight
- King would remain in the lead until Quincy scored five in a row to take a 15-12 lead. The Hawks took the match with a 21-25 set three win.
- Barkley added five more kills in the third set.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Alex Barkley had 11 kills and a service ace. He also led the team with 8 digs and 16 receptions.
- JP Ribeiro tallied 25 assists, while Sean Haberthy had the second service ace of the game.
FOR THE FOES
- Barnabas Fenyvesi had a match-high 14 kills.
- Armaan Dosanjh had a double-double with 28 assists and 12 digs.
- The Hawks tallied 10.5 blocks.
