Potts and Cullen earn CSC Academic All-District honors

BRISTOL, Tenn. – On Tuesday, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) announced the men's and women's basketball Academic All-District honorees. Jaden Potts and Seth Cullen from the King women's and men's basketball programs earned the award.
 
Potts, a senior from Kingsport, Tennessee, made ten starts in 28 games for the Tornado this season. She had a season-high 9 points against Erskine on February 15 after hitting 3 of 4 three-point shots. Potts totaled 29 points, 28 assists, 24 rebounds, and 15 steals on the season.
 
Cullen, a sophomore from Cary, North Carolina, started all 31 games for King, averaging 8.9 points 6.7 rebounds per game. He scored a season-high 17 points against Chowan on January 18 and pulled down a career-high 14 rebounds at Lees-McRae on February 5. Cullen ended the season with 22 steals, 19 blocks and 154 defensive rebounds. He shot 41% from the floor, and 33.6% from beyond the arc.
