Ryan named CSC Academic All-District

BRISTOL, Tenn. - On Tuesday, the College Sport Communicators (CSC) announced the 2025 Softball Academic All-District honorees. Katie Ryan of the King University softball team was named as an honoree.

Ryan, a sophomore from Bluffton, South Carolina, started 47 of the 48 games she appeared in this season for the Tornado. She had a .271 batting average over 133 at-bats and a .401 on-base percentage.Ryan recorded 17 RBIs and a team-high 27 walks while also leading the team in runs scored with 40.
