CHARLOTTE, NC. – The King University men's cross country team competed in the Queen City Invite on Friday, September 12
th.

th out of 21 (8th for Division 2)
LOCATION: McAlpine Creek Park - Charlotte, NC
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Following suit with last Friday's meet, the men were led by junior, Lance Hatcher, and sophomore, Cole Johnson. They both ran all-time personal bests with times of 26:37 and 26:50, respectively. Hatcher and Johnson made great moves throughout the race as he passed 17 opposing runners the last ¾ of the race.
- Freshmen, Joshua Hathaway, stepped up huge for the men and exceeded expectations in his first ever cross country 8k and finished with a time of 27:44.
