BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University women's soccer team fell to Belmont Abbey in a Conference Carolinas match up on Wednesday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Brianna Sabatino scored the first goal of the game right at the thirteen minute mark. Izzy Clark provided an assist.
- Just over a minute later, Belmont Abbey responded with a goal to tie the game.
- The Crusaders would score another goal before the half was up off of a penalty kick.
- In the second half, Belmont Abbey put their third and final goal on the board just two and a half minutes out of the break.
INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
- Brianna Sabatino took advantage of her only shot on goal, scoring King's only goal of the match.
- Ella Froehlich took three shots, two of which were on target.
- In the box, Olivia Seston had nine saves as the Crusaders had 19 shots.
