BRISTOL, Tenn. – King University Athletics is excited to announce the hiring of
Ally Yeary as the new Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Athletics. Yeary brings a strong background in sports marketing, digital engagement, and operational support within collegiate athletics, along with a deep commitment to supporting student-athletes holistically.
Yeary arrives at King with experience across Division I athletic departments and multiple sport-industry organizations. Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and data-driven approach to fan engagement, she has quickly established herself as a rising professional with a passion for serving student-athletes.

Jose Larios, Vice President of Athletics. "She aligns beautifully with our mission and brings a wealth of talents that will strengthen our department's processes and goals. I'm personally excited to collaborate with her as we work to better serve our coaches and student-athletes."
Yeary joins King while pursuing her Master of Science in Sports and Recreation Studies with a concentration in sport marketing. Her professional experience includes roles in digital fan engagement, athletics marketing, social media strategy, and community-focused campaign development.
Most recently, Yeary served as the
Digital Fan Engagement & Graphic Design Graduate Assistant at George Mason University, where she contributed to significant social media growth, enhanced student-engagement initiatives, and led content-planning efforts across multiple athletic programs. She has also held marketing and social media roles with Limitless Marketing, Influxer, and Ballad Health, where she supported brand communication, event operations, and multimedia content creation.
A former student-athlete herself, Yeary expressed her excitement about joining the Tornado community:
"I am so excited to join King University Athletics and be part of a department that values the growth of student-athletes in mind, body, and spirit. As a former student-athlete myself, I look forward to supporting a Christ-centered environment that encourages excellence both in competition and in the classroom."
Yeary is a three-time Provost Scholar, Magna Cum Laude graduate, and ranked in the top 10% of the Costello College of Business. She was also Valedictorian of Abingdon High School.
