Eliana Bommarito made waves on the international stage, earning a silver medal at the Baku Beach Wrestling World Series. Bommarito battled through a talented field, finishing second in her bracket after an impressive run in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Bommarito opened her tournament with a commanding 3-0 victory over Stefania Zacheila, showcasing her skill and control on the sand. In her second bout, she faced a tough opponent in Daria Konstanynova and dropped a 4-0 decision. Undeterred, Bommarito responded with another dominant performance, shutting out Mariia Zenkina 3-0 in her final match to secure the silver medal.
