• Helped the distance medley relay finish fifth at the conference championships

• 1500 meter personal record time of 4:20.56 at the HPU VertKlasse Meeting
• Posted an 800 meter personal best time of 2:04.19 at the Terrier Relays
• At the Catamount Classic, rand a personal record 5000 meter time of 17:22.65
• Finished ninth at the conference championships with a 3000 meter steeplechase personal record time of 11:00.90
• Helped the 4x400 meter relay team finish ninth at the conference championships

2017: Set a personal record at the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championship with his time of 29:20.7 in the 8k race...Finished with a time of 29:33.52 at the Greater Louisville Classic 8k...Posted his best 5k time of the season at the WCU Cross Country Festival with a time of 17:36.54.

High School: Helped Canyon High School to a runner-up finish at state in 2015...Member of a conference championship track and field team in 2014...Second team all-conference...Set school record in the 600 meters...800 meter conference champion in junior season...Owns a three mile time of 15:14, two mile time of 10:15, 1600 meter time of 4:35 and 800 meter time of 2:02.
