Floyd posted his seventh and eighth 30-point outbursts of the season last week, and his second 40-point outburst. On Saturday he poured in a career-high 43 points, which broke a 52-year old school record for points in a game. He also broke a 45-year old record, making 18 field goals in the contest. Earlier in the week, Floyd scored 36 points in a win at Southern Wesleyan University. For the week he averaged 39.5 points per game and shot 63.5 percent from the floor and 55.6 percent from three-point range.
