In eight games last week, Gilbert hit .370 with 10 hits, including four doubles, one triple and one home run. She drove in 10 runs and scored six for the Tornado. Gilbert posted hits in all but one game for the Tornado last week, including a 3-for-4 performance at Francis Marion on Saturday. On Wednesday she went 2-for-4 in a win at Queens where she hit a grand slam and drove in six runs.
