BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University acrobatics and tumbling team turned in one of their best performances of the season when they squared off with fourth-ranked Azusa Pacific University. However, the Cougars outscored the 10th-ranked Tornado, taking the meet 278.265-263.515.

  • King posted a total score better than 260.0 for the first time since 2017 with their total of 263.515.
  • The Tornado matched a program best, scoring 9.80 in acro heat 3.
  • Berlin topped her school record in the tumbling aerial pass with a score of 9.900. Her previous best was 9.825 against Belmont Abbey College and East Texas Baptist University.
