BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University acrobatics and tumbling team matched a pair of program-bests and set five other season-highs in their final home meet of the season. The 10th-ranked Tornado fell to third-ranked Quinnipiac University 275.285-253.200.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE

  • The Tornado matched a pair of program records in the tumbling event.
  • Berlin and Versluis posted a duo pass score of 9.150 and Berlin scored 9.775 in the open pass.
  • King also set five other season-highs on the night, two coming in the pyramid evet, scoring 9.40 in heat 2 and 9.75 in heat 3.
  • The other season-highs came in compulsory pyramid heat (9.65), acro heat 2 (9.75) and toss heat 2 with a score of 8.85.
