Naso was hired as the pitching coach in August of 2023 following a stint at Seattle University.

Prior to King

He served as a graduate assistant at Seattle University. While there, he served as the director of baseball analytics and helped the Redhawks to Western Athletic Conference (WAC) tournament appearances in 2021 and 2022.

Prior his time at Seattle, Naso spent one season as the pitching coach at Chaffey College, helping them to the 16th best ERA out of 88 CCCAA teams. Chaffey posted a 24-16 record and boasted a 3.56 conference ERA.

Naso also was the recruiting coordinator and pitching coach at Clarion University from 2016-18 and was an assistant coach at Canisius College (now University) from 2014-16. While at Clarion, he helped the Golden Eagles to their most wins in more than a decade. In his two years at Canisius, Naso helped the Golden Griffins to an NCAA Regional appearance in 2015 and helped develop five Major League Baseball (MLB) draft picks.

Personal

Naso graduated with a degree in psychology from Slippery Rock University in 2014 and earned a master’s degree in sports business leadership in 2021 from Seattle University.
