2017: Posted a season best 8k time at the Lenoir-Rhyne Invitational with his time of 27:42.10 to take 17th place at the event...Recorded a time of 28:35.9 at the Virginia Tech Alumni Invite 8k...At the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championship he posted a time of 29:07.8 in that 8k race.

2016: At the Eye Opener Invitational he finished 11th with a time of 27:53.46 in the 8k...At the Conference Carolinas Championship in the 8k he came in 25th place with a time of 29:05.13.

2015: Earned Conference Carolinas third team all-conference honors...Opening up the season at the Cover Bridge Open he recorded a 6400 meters time of 22:31.01...At the Lenior-Rhyne Invite 8k he finished 9th, covering the distance in 28:30.68...He recorded at personal best at the Royals Challenge with an 8k time of 27:18.0...He finished 14th at the Conference Carolinas championship with an 8k time of 28:05.0.

2014: Ran in two races for the Tornado in his freshman campaign… Tallied his best time of the year at the Conference Carolinas Championships with a time of 29:21.30… At the Falcon Classic, recorded a time of 30:21.80.

High School: Member of the cross country, track and tennis teams at Sullivan Central High School... Member of the National Honor Society and Beta club.
