2016: At the Eye Opener Invitational he posted a time of 26:23.90 taking first by more than 30 seconds out of the NCAA II runners and finished 11th overall in the 8k...At the Asheville XC Carnival he finished second with a time of 26:34.30 in the 8k...At the Greater Louisvile Classic he posted a personal record time of 25:21.22 in the 8k to place 10th...At the Queens Royals XC Challenge he finished with his first time under 25:00, posting a 8k time of 24:58.4 to place 15th...At the Conference Carolinas championship he finished with a time 26:37.60 to place third in the 8k...At the NCAA Division II Southeast Regional he finished sixth with a time of 30:41.05 in the 10k, since he was one of the top three finishers not on a qualifying team, qualifying him for the national meet...At the final race of the year at the NCAA Division II National Championship he finished 109th out of 242 participants with a time of 32:22.3 in the 10k.
2015: Was named second team all-conference...Earned USTFCCCA all-region honors...Was selected academic all-conference... At the Cover Bridge Open he finished the 6400 meter race in 22nd place with a time of 21:00.51...Landed his first first place finish at the Lenior-Rhyne Invite with a 8k time of 26:43.31...At the Royals Challenge he posted a season best 8k time of 25:51.8...At the Conference Carolinas Championship he finished eighth with a 8k time of 27:07.4...At the NCAA southeast regional he recorded a 10k time of 33:37.2.
2014: Named to the All-Southeast Region team for the second time in as many years... Named to Conference Carolinas first team…Set an 8k personal record of 25:41.00 that sits at ninth in the all-time record books at the Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships giving him a fourth place finish… Sits at tenth in the all-time records with a time of 25:41.45 at the Furman Invitational… Crossed the finish line first for the Tornado runners at the NCAA Southeast Region Championship with a 10k time of 32:52.78, finishing in 11th place and sitting at 20th in the all-time record books.
2013: Named to the All-Southeast Region team... Set an 8K personal record of 27:38.7 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge on October 11... Finished 16th at the Conference Carolinas Championship with a time of 26:27.47, helping the team to a runner-up finish... Was the third Tornado runner across the line in the NCAA Southeast Region Championship with a personal record 10K time of 32:25.9, the tenth-fastest time in school history... Finished second among King runners at the NCAA Championship on November 23 with a 147th-place run of 32:44.5.
High School: Participated in both cross country and track and field for four years... Named all-state in cross country in 2011 and in the 3200-meter in indoor track in 2012.
