• Posted a second-place finish in the 5,000 meter race at the Appalachian Open Indoor Track Meet with a time of 17:04.49.
• Posted two top-20 finishes at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Outdoor

• Recorded a sixth-place finish at the Conference Carolinas Championship in the 10,000 meter race.

2016-17: Academic All-Conference Carolinas...Indoor: Posted season-bests of 4:53.39 in the mile and 9:40.74 in the 3000 meters...Helped the distance medley relay finish fourth at the Conference Carolinas Championships...Outdoor: Registered a 10,000 meter personal record time of 33:14.37...Recorded a 3000 meter steeplechase personal best with a time of 10:19.47...Personal best 400 meter time of 57.66 seconds...His 10,000 meter time ranked eighth in Conference Carolinas and his 3000 meter steeplechase time was ninth.

2015-16: Indoor: Posted a personal best 3,000 meter time of 9:36.26 to finish 13th at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships...Set a personal record mile time of 4:51.76 at teh Appalachian Indoor Open Split Track Meet...Outdoor: Finished ninth at the Beynon Sports Surfaces Catamount Classic with a 10,000 meter time of 35:00.93...Finished the 3,000 meter steeplechase in 10:41.82 at the Wake Forest Open.

2014-15: Indoor: Covered 5000 meters in a personal best time of 17:22.15 at the Mountaineer Open Indoor Track Meet...Posted a 3000 meter time of 9:56.91 and mile time of 4:53.83 at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships...Outdoor: Ran the 1500 meters in 4:32.26 at the Wake Forest Open...Finished the 3000 meter steeplechase in 11:14.49 at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships.
