Feliciano, Snow lead King at Bluefield Invitational

BLUEFIELD, Va. – The King University men's tennis team opened their season over the weekend at the Bluefield College Invitational. Alejandro Feliciano and Nathan Snow led the Tornado by winning their respective draws.


  • In the B Draw, Feliciano started his weekend with a straight sets win before taking a 6-1, 1-6, 10-8 victory over Gabriel Yaguar of Tusculum University in the semifinals.
  • In the final, he defeated Tusculum's Lohithaksha Bathrinath 6-4, 6-4 to take the title.
  • In the G Draw, Snow followed a three-set win with back-to-back straight set wins.
  • Snow topped Rafael Sarasola of Tusculum 7-6, 6-3 in the final.
  • Jorge Rojas reached the final with wins over Macieg Sobolewski of Florida Institute of Technology and Gabriel Poling of Bluefield College.
  • He took a runner-up finish following a retirement in the final.


  • The Tornado are in action again on September 14-16 at the Palmetto Tennis Center Invitational.
