BRISTOL, Tenn. – Braidon Miller had a successful indoor track and field season, earning All-Conference Carolinas in two events. He also earned USTFCCCA All-Southeast Region honors in both the weight throw and shot put.
Miller finished third in the shot put and second in the weight throw at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships, earning all-conference accolades in both. Earlier in the season, he set school records in both events.
The Lebanon, Tenn., native first set the shot put record with a mark of 16.26 meters in the season-opening ETSU Invitational in January. Later in February, he posted a weight throw mark of 14.91 meters, setting the school record at the Buccaneer Invitational.
This marks the first time Miller has earned USTFCCCA All-Region accolades.
