BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University head softball coach Jenn Testa has announced the dates for the softball camps this summer. There will be four sessions, two youth skills camps, pitcher/catcher camp and an advanced skills camp. All the camps will take place during the month of June.
The first youth skills camp is scheduled for June 11-13 and is open to ages 8-12. This camp will teach the basic fundamental skills in all areas of the game. The second youth skills camp is a weeklong camp from June 16-20 and is open to the same age group. The weeklong camp will take a more in-depth look at the basic skills.
On June 23 and 24 will be the pitchers and catchers camp, open to ages eight and up. Finally, the advanced skills camp, is open to ages 10 and up, and will focus on skill work in throwing, hitting and defense.
