2014: Posted a personal best weight throw of 11.02 meters at the Appalachian Invitational Indoor Track Meet.
2013: Finished 14th a the Conference Carolinas Indoor Championships in the shot put with a toss of 8.61 meters on February 16... Bettered that mark with a personal record shot put of 8.69 meters at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Championships on April 19-20... Set a personal best in the discus at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classic on March 22-23 with mark of 29.93 meters... Had a peronal best hammer throw of 31.10 meters at the same event... Posted a javelin toss of 12.16 meters at the Beynon Sports Catamount Classic to set a personal record.
