Biography
Prior to King:
- A native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Grissom attended Blackman High School before joining the Tornado.
- Grissom earned numerous honors during her high school career, including selection to the 2025 TVBCA Coaches All-State Team and being named Defensive Player of the Year as a senior.
- She was also named to the All-District and All-Tournament teams as a senior, the All-District and All-Region teams as a junior, and the All-District and All-Tournament teams as a sophomore.
