Brett Lloyd joined King in August of 2025 as a Graduate Assistant coach for both the men’s and women’s volleyball programs.

Lloyd comes to the Tornado after graduating from Lee University with a major in information systems and a minor in sports management. While at Lee, he served as the President of the men’s volleyball club team for two years which involved practice planning and coaching, coordinating schedules and tournaments, and obtaining sponsorship and fundraising. Lloyd also served as a practice player for the Flames women’s volleyball team.

Outside of volleyball, Lloyd served as a front office intern with the Chattanooga Football Club assisting with marking, community relations, communications, partnerships, gameday operations, merchandise and administration. He also worked as an intern within Lee’s athletic department to assist with increasing student engagement.  

Lloyd is currently pursuing his masters of business administration.
