Gage Frazier

  • Title
    Assistant Coach

King University has announced the addition of Gage Frazier as the new assistant coach for the women’s flag football program. Frazier, from Bristol, Tennessee, brings coaching experience at both the high school and community levels, along with a background as a multi-position player.

Frazier previously served as an assistant coach at Holston High School in Damascus, Virginia, from January 2021 to December 2023. During his time at Holston, he worked as the defensive line and offensive line coach, helping players develop technique and consistency. He also assisted with offensive play calling during games and contributed to film breakdown to support weekly game preparation.

In March 2024, Frazier began coaching with Special Olympics Virginia, where he is responsible for creating swimming routines and training plans for athletes. This role has allowed him to expand his coaching skill set and work with athletes in a different competitive environment.

Frazier’s playing background includes four years of high school football, during which he earned All District Offensive and Defensive Line honors. He also played one year at Emory and Henry College, gaining experience at the collegiate level.

His coaching strengths include game strategy and adjustments, player development, building strong relationships with players, and motivation. These skills support his transition into the women’s flag football program at King.

Frazier is a graduate of Holston High School (Class of 2019) and attended Emory and Henry College from 2019 to 2020.
