Kaden Wise is a developing collegiate baseball coach with specialized experience in pitching mechanics, video analysis, and individualized player development. He was announced as the Graduate Assistant for King University Baseball in 2026.
Wise brings a strong foundation in pitching instruction, bullpen management, and pitch-type development to the Tornado staff. In his role at King, he assists with recruiting operations, on-field player development, bullpen sessions, and daily practice planning. His coaching style emphasizes motivational leadership, mechanical refinement, and data-driven feedback to help pitchers maximize performance.
Before joining King University, Wise built a robust coaching background through private pitching instruction beginning in 2021. He conducted detailed video analysis, designed training programs and recovery drills, created practice plans focused on pitch movement, velocity, and command, and taught fundamental pitching techniques including grip, delivery, stride, and follow-through. His work also included injury reporting and individualized recovery programming.
A native of Columbus, Indiana, Wise is completing his Master’s degree in Sports Management: Coaching at Milligan University, where he earned Dean’s List honors and graduated cum laude with a 3.929 GPA in 2025. He previously earned his Sports Management: Coaching degree from Keiser University in 2024 and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Olney Central College.
