HOW IT HAPPENED

  • The Tornado offense wasted no time getting into action as they pushed forward early and had a corner kick within the first minute and a half of play.
  • The King defense was able to draw Lees-McRae offside three times within the first 15 minutes of play.
  • However, the Bobcat offense found the back of the net in the 20th minute to take a  1-0 lead midway through the first half.
  • 12 minutes later, Lees-McRae netted another goal to make it 2-0 just 32 minutes into the match.
