BELMONT, N.C. – The 10th-ranked King University acrobatics & tumbling team earned a pair of wins on Friday night at Belmont Abbey College. The Tornado defeated the Crusaders 248-19-126.90 and East Texas Baptist University 248.19-197.81. Ashley Berlin set a program-high in the tumbling aerial heat to lead the Tornado.

BEYOND THE BOX SCORE
- Berlin set a program high in the tumbling aerial pass with a score of 9.825. The previous high was 9.700 set last March against Alderson Broaddus University.
- This marks the first time since March of 2015 the Tornado have won three straight meets.
- It also is the first time King has won their first three meets of a season.
- Three wins matches the most in program history, set in both 2015 and 2016.
