MILLIGAN COLLEGE, Tenn. – The King University men's swimming took to the pool again on Friday night at Milligan College. The Tornado came up short, falling to the Buffaloes 165-96.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- King strated the meet with a runner-up finish in the 400 meter medley relay as the group of Haakon Meyer, Carson Eliasen, Gideon Bezuidenhout and Jan Kuljak touched the wall in 4:12.79.
- Kuljak finished runner-up in the 1500 meter freestyle with a time of 17:56.67.
- In the 200 meter freestyle, Bezuidenhout's time of 2:04.19 gave him a second place finish while Radu Magdas finished fourth at 2:10.82.
- Maximillian Thomas took second in the 100 meter backstroke with a time of 1:05.04.
- In the 100 meter breaststroke, Eliasen finished third at 1:12.96, and Meyer finished in 1:13.12 to take fourth.
- Dale Bruce won the 200 meter butterfly with a time of 2:11.59.
- In the 50 meter freestyle, Thomas finished third at 26.33 seconds while Ben Ramirez took sixth with a time of 27.57 seconds.
- Kuljak won the 100 meter freestyle with a time of 55.03 seconds while Meyer came in third at 56.19 seconds.
- Thomas took a runner-up finish in the 200 meter backstroke with a time of 2:29.18.
- Bruce came in second with a 200 meter backstroke time of 2:30.15.
- In the 400 meter freestyle, Kuljak finished second with a time of 4:28.00.
- Bruce won the 100 meter butterfly with a time of 59.67 seconds.
- Bezuidenhout won the 200 meter individual medley with a time of 2:20.92.
- The 200 meter freestyle relay team of Bruce, Thomas, Magdas and Meyer finished the meet with a runner-up time of 1:40.32.

- King returns to the pool on Friday at Emory & Henry College. The meet is scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m.
- Milligan competes at the Appalachian Athletic Conference Championships on February 11-13.
