Madeline Robison of the King University acrobatics & tumbling team had a big month of March as she was selected Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month.
Robison competed in all four meets for the Tornado in March, competing in 13 heats. She helped the Tornado defeat three ranked teams, No. 11 West Liberty University, No. 13 Belmont Abbey College and No. 7 Converse University. King scored a season-high 264.445 in wins over Belmont Abbey and Emmanuel College. Robison was a member of the compulsory pyramid event that scored a program record 9.90 against West Liberty. She also helped King to seven other heat season-highs in the month.
This is the first time she has been selected Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month.
