BRISTOL, Tenn. –
Sean Kilpatrick of the King University men's cross country team was named the Conference Carolinas Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week after his performance at the Fire Tower Project on Friday evening.
Kilpatrick was the top finisher for King for the second weekend in a row. He finished the 8k course in Boone, N.C. with a 58 second all-time personal record with a time of 26:19.14 and placed 53
rd overall. This is the first time in Kilpatrick's career that he has earned weekly honors from the conference office.
The Tornado will be back in action on Sept 28 for the Adidas Invitational.
