BRISTOL, Tenn. – The King University men's swimming team fell to Converse in their final dual of the season, 127-72 Friday night. King won three of the events on the night.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Edu Elizaran Galan won the 100-yard backstroke, with a time of 52.62 seconds, finishing ahead of a trio of Converse swimmers.
- Oscar Kroos won the 400-yard IM, with a total time of 4:08.36, nearly 30 seconds ahead of second place.
- The Tornado also had a win in the 100-yard backstroke, with Patricio Perezpuebla Quijano touching the wall in 1:01.25.
- The 200-yard medley relay team consisting of Elizaran Galan, Perezpuebla Quijano, Kroos and Gabriel Noguera took second, finishing in 1:39.49.
- The 200-yard freestyle relay team consisting of Vlad Fedoseev, Matthew Montenegro-Strunk, Lorenzo Massi and Sam Osowiecki took second, with a total time of 1:28.77.
- In the 200-yard freestyle, Montenegro-Strunk finished second, finishing in 1:48.28, with Noguera placing fourth with a time of 1:52.56.
- Osowiecki had a third-place finish in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.77 seconds.
- Kroos took second in the 100-yard IM, touching the wall in 53.50 seconds, narrowly missing a first-place finish.
- Montenegro-Strunk was second in the 100-yard butterfly, touching the wall in 53.04 seconds.
- In the 100-yard freestyle, Fedoseev was second with a time of 48.20 seconds.
