Asmund Norum finished tied for 10th to lead the King University men's golf team at the Bearcat Classic, hosted by Lander University.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Norum shot the best round of the tournament for King in the first round, carding a 68 before posting a 75 and 71 in the final two rounds, finishing at 214.
- Tyler Kipp shot a 79 in both the first and third rounds, along with a score of 84 in the second round to finish at 227, good for 58th.
- Vetle Saether finished 74th, posting a first round 74, followed by a 76 in the second round and a low round of 72 in the final round to finish at 230.
- Carles Calvo Molina finished with a total score of 238, including an opening round 76, a second round 77 and a final round 78, finishing in 96th.
- Jono Hedley rounded out King at the tournament, carding his best round of 82 in the final round, along with rounds of 85 and 91 to finish at 258.
FOR THE FOES
- Jordan Hyland of Wingate won the individual medalist honors, carding a three-round total of 205, including a tournament-low round of 67.
- Wingate was the team champion, finishing at 847, four strokes ahead of Grand Valley State.
