Dickenson named Conference Carolinas Pitcher of the Week

BRISTOL, Tenn. -- Corbin Dickenson of the King University baseball team was named Conference Carolinas Pitcher of the Week for his performance Saturday against no. 4 North Greenville. 

Dickenson, a sophomore from Piney Flats, Tenn., threw a season-high seven innings Saturday, allowing one earned run with four strikeouts, picking up the win as King ended a 14-game losing streak to the Trailblazers. 

The Tornado will be back in action Wednesday when they play at Bluefield State before closing the regular season at Belmont Abbey this weekend.
